*Group mat workout - 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM 

*A Fight for the Ages: Stability vs Mobility - 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM 

Lunch 

(we will be offering the option to particpate in a delivered lunch, or you are welcome to go out or bring your own)

*Archival Exercises: Beyond the Everyday -  2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
