LEARN PILATES
Welcome to Tree - O Pilates! Our 600+ hour program offers a unique apprenticeship experience, co-taught by third-generation classical instructors. You will learn Pilates through hands-on mentorship, ensuring you gain the skills and knowledge needed for success. At the end of your practice hours, you will be ready to sit for the NPCT exam, qualifying you as a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor.

Six weekend modules

120 hours of personal practice

120 of observation (20% may be virtual)

120 hours of practice teaching

55+ hours of group classes and private lessons

30+ hours of mentoring and check-ins

Skills and movement workshops

Successful completion of assessments
Keep in mind that this is roughly a year long apprenticeship. All the hours may be spread over the course of the 12 months. These are just guidelines. You have up to three months past the final module to complete your hours and your final assessments. Two, three month extensions will be granted after the year mark for a cost of $300 per three months.
At the completion of the program, if you are so inclined, you may sit for the NCPT exam to qualify you as a Nationally certified instructor.
