About the event

Tree - O Pilates delivers a distinctive training experience by bringing together THREE instructors from THREE diverse backgrounds. We collaborate to equip you with the skills that will benefit both you and your clients, allowing you to delve deeper into the practice.
Our aim is to cultivate Pilates THINKERS. We guide you beyond merely understanding and executing the exercises.
Tree - O Pilates offers a program exceeding 600 hours. This program is an apprenticeship where you will learn Pilates by collaborating closely with us as your mentors. Upon completing all your practice hours, you will be ready to take the NPCT exam, certifying you as a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor.
Apprentices must attend all six weekend modules, participate in weekly lessons, join monthly check-ins, complete practice and observation hours, receive direct mentoring from one…
