TREE - O PILATES TEACHER TRAINING

Learn Pilates • Know Pilates • Live Pilates

The ancient Greek philosopher, Pythagoras, believed that THREE was the number of harmony, wisdom and understanding

Tree - O Pilates offers a unique training experience because we are THREE teachers from THREE different backgrounds. Together we will provide you with the skills to benefit you and your clients in order to dive deeper into the work

Our goal is to create Pilates THINKERS.  We take you beyond knowing and performing the exercises.

Welcome to TREE - O Pilates: A teacher training program at A Pilates Place!
